Appointments and follow up
Need to jump through hoops to see my doctor who I have been seeing for 30+ years. Huge conglomerates make health care absurd. Entitled to one follow up visit for ER call according to law however you have to jump through their corporate policies to do so. One can't just make and appointment, see the doctor, and pay for the visit. They say it is for everyone's benefit but it really isn't. It is no wonder costs are so high with all the administrative bologna they have in place. I will do without. I am sure there are thousands of people who just choose not to get care or die. What ever happened to the small town practitioner (my doc use to be, before the CLINIC took over our town)

ER Hearing Aid repair
I have had two hearing aids repaired by ER Hearing aid repair service. Upon receiving the hearing aids back, they worked briefly, and then stopped working again. I had to return the hearing aids, these were on two different occasions, the last one four days after getting it back from repair. It has been over five weeks since I returned the second hearing aid. I called on two occassions, and a man by the name of John was very appologitic, and promised to get the heaing aid repaired, and shipped right out to me. I had to keep calling and emailing John, and after promissing to repair and return it last week, he emailid me today stating it was now repaired and in the mail. This is excessive turn around time. It tells me that they repair hearing aids the first time they receive them usually in two weeks, but if you send them back for repair under the warranty, they sit their until you call several times before actually repairing them. I won't use this company again, I have learned a valuable lesson.
